Re: 2008 ACCA President's Compter Chess Tournament
I am confused, Eastern or Western Hemisphere?
You say East but there are already 3 participating of USA
Spain is almost in half. Theoretically Spain belongs to the west.
Although I believe that this is a championship for America.

Assuming you mean 'Western hemisphere' in stead of Eastern:
The Netherlands has some Islands in the Carribean, and I have Dutch Citizenship. Does that mean I can register, or is the citizenship not enough, and does one actually have to live in that hemisphere?

I apologize for the confusion. I meant Western Hemisphere.
I suppose I should refrain from posting so early in the morning.

The rule is resident and/or have citizenship.
Oh, thats an interesting point. Vincent has debated several points
with me on the subject but has failed to mention that one. I guess
that puts you one up on him?
I'll take it into consideration.
