Unfortunately I am experiencing some problems, can you please send me a copy of the files that I gave you recently. Send it to me to this mail, I have trouble accessing my other e-mail account.

He probably wants the latest SIARCS beta. I suggest you ask him to send you the files first so you can send them back.
Alternatively, you could just forward the rest of your spambox to him. I'm sure he'd appreciate. There's even a slight chance this isn't the first spam he's sent you...
