I've already let my teammates in CCRL know, so I thought
I'd just make a formal goodbye on this board too.
I will follow the scene to see if any engine can overtake Rybka, and
for the occasional chat/comment. But I won't spend any more money
buying engines or running official tournaments.
I wish the best to you all!
Best Regards,
Martin

CCRL is going to feel your absence and also some programmers.

That's a pity Martin. Thanks for your testing! I hope it isn't because programmers were asking you to do manual labour for them, as well as testing their programs..Martin T wrote:I've already let my teammates in CCRL know, so I thought

Tony,
Well hehe no, I won't start testing again. But I'll be very surprised if
any engine can/will surpass Rybka during 2007/08. Maybe the best
programmers out there will have to come together and create something
new from scratch.
