Best move!?

This position together with the alleged best move, is from www.facebook.com/groups/112530165477026 ... 005630204/
Let us try to understand the position:
Black is up two pawns, but since d4 will inevitably fall, it is only one healthy center pawn, with no obvious pawn weaknesses. On the down side, his king is currently stuck in the center and the awkward placement of knight and queen may or may not cost him valuable time in the future.
Therefore white is obliged to act energetically. The natural "tarrasch move" 1.Qxd4 comes to mind, this seems to give good compensation. There are some other "expert" moves possible, you may already guess which one i had in mind.
The question is: What is the best move? Really the best? Can this move be understood by a human?
