The problem may be the engine's name. I also could not get Eman 4.60 64-bit BMI2.exe to install. I received the following message: Error: This engine doesn't support any protocol. I would never do that, but I think it is legal in Washington and Colorado. I guess you have to have some kind of permit, though. It would probably be a much bigger deal in other places.
