Booot 6.3.1 - problem

I have such a problem with the engine Booot 3.6.1 x64. I play using software Cutechess v1.1.0.f.1.0 and a window appears when loading the engine into the tournament. I have such a request - I will describe it. I play a Swiss tournament and would like to set all engines to have the option "50-move rule" - draw. Is it possible.
