Re: Whatever is current - Amazing Leela

It's really hard to believe the Italian would be bad for white. White is up a tempo after all. As I see it the best line for black is to just play what Ding plays and play a5 instead of the usual a6 lines.

Re: Exchanging repertoires, and best ways to create repertoires for over the board games

The more extreme a style is, the easier it's to find the pattern. Some people sac something almost in every game. Some try to avoid exchanging queens and some play endgames in all games.

Re: Whatever is current - Amazing Leela

There's just no way 2.Qf3 is a good move. If it was then all of chess theory would need to be rewritten.

Over 3000 Elo at only half a million games? Wow, that's insane.
It is insane. Imagine poor Larry, all he learned in dozens of years is well surclassed by this dirt quick net using dirt basic monte carlo search.
Those dozens of years get to 1% of the amount of games Leela has played

Re: New Cerebellum Library

I wish they automatically offered the book for humans to use. I still don't really know how to change it, so I could see the moves on chessbase.

In the game chat Leela says the ID is the same Kaufman used 11248.
Thanks. I don't suppose Leela mentioned any other UCI settings?
I don't know. You can ask him on Lichess.

Re: Lc0 ... the GOOD and the BAD

Can you show the full game from the second position? I have to say I would never play Bg4 there myself. I see absolutely no reason to hurry. You can lose if you play moves like Bg4. Black seems completely busted after normal improving moves.

Thanks. What about games in chess servers like Playchess and ICC?
