Maybe I should add some code for candidates. Passer is already there, and quite tuned. There is an addition bonus f...

Re: A complete 2000 lines of code engine

A little test with Minic on my old Quadcore vs. former #1 Rybka 1.0b-64. 400 games, tc 40m/40'', 256MB hash, randomly selected 6 plies openings from 1200 (quite balanced) with colors reversed. (games are available in the unlikely case someone wants them, despite the tc and hardware) Minic076_Test R...

Re: Swiss Tournament Ed.VIII. Group A.

ok the crash after receiving "." command is fixed now ... will be in next release. Thanks Hi Vivien, I tried 0.76 now, the good thing is it does not crash anymore, also the debug file is not created anymore by default. (the github issue by Mike and me - this can be closed) But it does not analyze e...

Re: New engine releases 2019

Just a short reminder that since appveyor is set up for Demolito you'll get a new beta automatically each time a new commit is available. Last release is Demolito 2019-07-07 from today. Just cklick on the appveyor build number and go to 'artifacts' and download your build flavour https://ci.appveyor...

Re: Swiss Tournament Ed.VIII. Group A.

After a slow start Winter finally won a game. It did it in the best way possible though, a win with black against one of the most important (historically) and well known engines, in a nice attacking style. Yeah, evals diverged quite a lot at some point and Crafty needed long to accept that its view...
