Hi Roberto, The 416 64-bit versions do not give me 2 cores working even though I specify 2 cores in the config using Arena. Only 1 core (50% on a 2 core CPU) works. Same problem in Chessbase 12 (64bit). Only one core can be accessed. Have you checked the MultiThread box as well? You'll have to, oth...

Robert did confirm in the on-line manual, and I quote: "You should only use one type of EGTB - if you specify several in the UCI options, the last option will prevail. Houdini cannot use more than one type of EGTB at the time."

Nothing in my email either, but no matter. Simply go to the website, and open up your account. You will see the download link for Komodo 5.1 MP if you are entitled to get it.

Re: ChessBase 12

I have possibly a simpler idea. As Mega 2013 is new, why not delete your version on the hard drive and reinstall it? Maybe something went wrong with the original installation.

Re: Chessbase 9 and Windows 7

I had the same problem as CB9 was terrible under Win 7 - you should just move to Chessbase 2009 Premium. It looks and feels just like Chessbase 9, but seems to work much better with Windows 7. I cannot advise about 64 bit as I am still on 32 bit platform. The price is right.

Any chance of getting a 32 bit version? Some of us still lag behind.
