Re: It walks like a clone, it quacks like a clone ...
Pardon my ignorance, but if the FatFritz2 code is on GitHub, why can't other developers incorporate the section that accesses the double-sized network into their own Stockfish forks and derivatives (suitably licensed)? That is, to offer the option of network size handling.

Re: Video review of chess GUIs for analysis
I did not know the 2nd position was from a Lc0 game - if I did I would not have been so surprised in the video when Lc0 found the move instantly! Quite. We are all looking for The Answer to any and every chess position: some method or software or something, like IDeA for example. We use up prodigio...

Re: Video review of chess GUIs for analysis
It's an outstanding video. I strongly recommend it to all players with an interest in chess software. Well done! -- You summarise the merits and demerits of the marvellous Aquarium very well. (The way you personally set up a new IDeA project looks suboptimal. And I'd have like to have seen all your ...

Re: what is the best mate solver to download
Chest only solves guaranteed in the primitive form, and then it is only good up to dm11 and that assumes you are very patient. ChestUCI will not give you a guaranteed mate if you use the special parameters. So I guess that Chest is your only option and you will never get a guaranteed mate for dm20 ...

Chess.com's Computer Aggregated Precision Score
chess.com calculates a percentage accuracy for each side in a game (CAPS).
