CM 9000 is already too strong for Nakamura in latest hardware, that's why you'd want to use a handicap so the human starts with an advantage. But then you want the strongest engine in the fastest hardware, and just adjust the handicap accordingly. CM 9000 on relatively old hardware. Let say 10 year...

At this point the most entertaining thing about those things is the commentary and reactions of the player, more than the games themselves. What also works is a third party involved, I wonder if someone can get in contact with Chess Network to commentate on new ChessMaster v Human or Komodo games. ...

I know few here have mentioned that they want to see another revamp for Chessmaster vs human opponents. I don't know if it's feasible but many will enjoy a revamp if Chessmaster face some strong GMs without odds. Or even using some of the grandmaster personalities available from selection. Chessmaster can give time odds i suppose.

I know Fritz GUI support extra time for white. So it's possible to test time handicap with regular Komodo up against Komodo Monte Carlo Larry.
