Re: Komodo 14 released.

Couple of questions: With armageddon enabled, Is it intentional that evaluation should not be going downhill if the outcome will be draw. For example if the game turns out be draw even with armageddon enabled, Komodo may or may not display losing evaluation. Should i leave contempt at defaut against...

Re: Test Position a6!!

Leela almost immediately detect a6. Meanwhile stockfish is stuck at triple zero until later in the game.

Surprisingly Stockfish is unable to see advantage.

Re: Banksia GUI released

Thanks for the replies. I think you helped me out and indeed adjudication do work as intended.

My initial plan was to probe 5 or 6-men during search and set 7-piece syzygy for adjudication. By doing it this way, 7-piece syzygy won't consume all available RAM.

Besides, you can play a no-castle game as a normal one, when both players agree to refrain from castling.
In that case castling has to be considered as an illegal move :D

No way to change your mind.

Re: Where can I play No Castle Chess Online?

Chess servers in general don't seem to prioritze variants, particularly because variants just serve for a niche of the playerbase.

Re: Banksia GUI released

I can use " ; " for multiple directories ?

As for figure 1 in upper left right.

Another question.

How can i follow tournament games if concurrency is at 1?

Re: Gaviota TBs

Nalimov 5-men 6.89 GB | Gaviota 5-men 6.54 GB | Difference = 5%

Total fire difference is going to be Nalimov 6-men 1.11TB | Gaviota 6-men ~ 1.0534 TB

Unless compression is modified, there is little gain. I'll consider 5% as trivial.
