Thanks Chrisw!
I think I´ll use xboard protocol but sounds very nice that.
My concern is that when I´ll use perft results this will be take in account.
It seems not.... at least not for the moment.

Thanks H.G.!
OK!
Yes, yes, after few versions, Soberengo was able to recognize 3rd repetition rule. But not when I did the moves generator that is in the position I´m now with this new version.

FEN and 3rd repetition rule. No information?
Hi people! With my "stay at home" cause coronavirus, I´m starting a new code for Soberango. When I did the moves generator for my first version of Soberango, I did not planed it to be able to detect 3rd repetition rule so it seems I did not thought in this before. As far as I understand, the FEN not...

Re: Soberango 0.12.0 on Scid vs. PC 4.19 win32
Hi people.
Thanks for your time on Soberango.
I did not work on it since many months.
I think the error you said was simply I forgot to change the Soberango version in the start of the game.
If change this could help, I´ll could do it simply. Giveme a little time.
Thanks again and regards!
Luis.

Re: Would engines accept a draw on move 1 from white?
Soberango, till version 0.06.2, has accept every draw offer the opponent made.
Was a bug cause I forgot to delete the instruction to make that that I placed in the code in earlier than first public version of Soberango when it was unable to finish a game!

Re: Chess Programming Wiki
Anyone know of an easy method to download an entire wiki for preservation? I made an offline version of the wiki (~160MB) using Wikispaces SOAP API to get pages content and WebDAV to import files and then PHP to build pages layout. Once extracted, you'll find a scripts folder containing tools to ma...

Re: Near-random movers
Soberango still has a non sofisticated evaluation function, in fact just based on material, and when more than one move have the same evaluation and the same priority in move order, chose wich to do it nearly* random. *: said "nearly random" cause for example in case of bishop, tower or queen, the l...
