Re: New ChessGUI opening book - Top10SuperGM2020.cgb
Is this also available as ctg? Sorry Eduard. I missed your post. I'm sure that somebody could make a ctg book. All of those PGN files are available at the Chess2U forum. I guess you forgot (non-active) Kasparov (3rd) and the deceased Fischer (5th)...! And it's still not bad to make Top20Supe...

Re: Rodent 0.11
So that's why Adam sent me a note! Thanks Enrico. I'm not fully charged yet, but still could spare time for the hobby. I asked Pawel if I could sample a 64-bit as it was a bitboard engine. I didn't know Dann was at it too, but good to know that somebody noticed. It's a blessing too as I was forced t...

Re: Sjaak 399 - new variants
But most importantly, this version adds a number of new variants: Grand chess (10x10) Fischer Random and Capablanca Random Pocket Knight (needs to be played as "seirawan") and several "alien" variants defined in a configuration file The configuration file is a plain text file and (hopefully) well c...

Re: PGN Extract
I would try in DOS but I have no idea how to do that. OK, sorry for that. Best is use "Drop to Dos" by Terabyte. http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/downloads/DOSDROP.ZIP Install it, and everytime you like to drop to DOS on any of your folders, just right-click the folder and click "Drop to DOS" on th...

Re: PGN Extract
Pgn-extract-interface works fine in 64-bit. Maybe, you need some (2010) runtime files as it was built with Microsoft Visual C# 2010 Express.

Re: PGN Extract
Jim's cleanup tool runs fine in Windows 64-bit whether WinXP or Win7. I also have experienced occasional problems like yours which i could not explain at the moment. But most of the time, it processes pgn like the previous versions. Better try using the bat file in DOS mode. Drop to DOS in your clea...
