Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.

By depth 58, Cfish had switched to a French Defense. But I had lost interest and failed to save the line.

But of course all moves are draw in opening. Or can You prove, that 1.f3 or 1.g4 loses??

I can't prove that either of these moves loses. Neither can anyone else. Not because of insufficient hardware, but because both moves draw (which I also can't prove
).

It's more interesting to ask if some black move as a reply to d4 or e4 loses, maybe f5 or g5 as a defense could be losing.
Maybe the drawline is so wide that you can play random moves for a while without problems.

I ran some rapid games after 1.g4?! Most games were won by black. Probably the weakest opening move? One example

Interestingly, in my years of chess coaching, I have found 1.g4 being very popular among my students, I wonder if it's a Mexican thing.
