What a difference !

Everytime I ask Chess Assistant/Chessok support they reply ASAP !

When I send a question to Chessbase ... it usually takes more than a week to receive the answer...

My guess would be that one has a smaller customer base.

ChessBase is a larger company - and the larger customer base should allow them to scale their customer service (via increased hiring) as they grow.

Personally, I think there is no excuse for poor service, whether the company is large or small.
