We have a new leader on IPON! It won't be Komodo. If I am am not doing something wrong, with some 870 games played, the Ordo (correct) rating will come at the end (3520 games) in the range [3320, 3360] with 95% confidence.

The overall shape is more indicative of Shredder, but against top 3 engines more indicative of Houdini. I am pretty much 50/50 on this issue. I hope it's commercial Andscacs .

The slope is stable by now (870 games out of 3520 played):



And is in line with how Stockfish and Shredder behave. But again, against top 3 engines, Houdini seems to fit better.

Shredder didn't win the WCCC and it's progression was slower than Houdini when Houdart was working on Houdini again.

Houdini 6 was annonced for this month by Robert as well. This could be a first time Houdini is tested on ipon, but I still bet on Houdini.

Plz Kai, if this engine is doing 53% against Stockfish 8, what do you suppose it would does against Stockfish dev wich is +30 elo in self test but probably +25 against others engines and longer time control like this one.

Irregular performance might suggest this engines has some weakness or some specific strength. Why does it perform so well against Houdini and Komodo and so less against Stockfish 8 ? Why does it perform slighty less against lesser good opponent ?

I m just hoping it's not Stockfish dev.
This program does so far 54% against Stockfish 8 like Stockfish dev did in regression test.

Obviously Houdini 6 has +40 ELO at least. Clearly more, than SF has got after version 8!
