Does anyone know a very simple evaluation function, that's a bit more advanced than Larry Kaufman 'The Evaluation of Material Imbalances'?
I found CPW Engine Eval [2], but I find it very complicated. [3] is more appropriate, but the values of pawns, especially passed pawns, are way off.
