Booot 6.2 release

Post by booot »

Hi!

This is new release of Booot. Main changes:
- Fixed SMP routines. Booot now works under Fritz GUI.
- Search function revisited.
- King safety improved.
- Some evaluation terms fixed and changed.

New Booot shows me good improvement in short time controls on single core.

Hi Alex,

to a good time.
In around 35 days your engine started as engine 6 for my opening book project FEOBOS. Wasp is still running and Chiron as engine 5 before.

THANKS!!

Best

Thanks for the release, somehow it slipped my attention. I will test it soon.

PS: Why is someone using RAR nowadays. All you files with RAR are 572kB, 7z is compressing this to 364kB ... just asking, no offence!

I am finished with the new Booot 6.2 and I am very positivly surprised!
25+ years ago I had to learn PASCAL and this engine is the only one in the Top16 not written in C/C++* with a rating of more than 3000 Elo! 5 Years ago It could be a No.1 Enigne, more than 60 Elo better then the best "marvelous" engine of that time - in PASCAL!

Normaly I don't do advertisements but I do this time in case someone is interested: www.inwoba.de
