IMHO both kings are safe here. The difference is that black's fianchetto's bishop is better than white's bishop on e2.

King safety is irrelevant in this position. Neither side has pressure on the other side's king position. Hell, neither side has finished development.

I think the consensus is that fianchetto doesn't generally hurt king safety.
But if the Bishop is exchanged, then the hole on g7 might be considered a weakness, especially if White can post a Pawn or Bishop on h6.
