Testing against Fairy max on 15 seconds

I let play Skipper a tournament against Fairy-max with time control 15 seconds. But what happened Fairy-max lost most of its games on time while in a totally won position.

Looks like 30 seconds works much better.

Also at 30 seconds Fairy max loses too often on time in a position which should have been a draw. Maybe because of the winboard delay per move.
