Re: Research Visitor Position in Computer Chess Development
Sounds like an interesting opportunity (especially since I'm only living 15 minutes away from the University of Leipzig) but I already have a job, so I'm out.
But any idea what they are planning to do?

For once Henk is right in my opinion.Henk wrote:Probably this message is meant for our Giraffe developer.
I looked through some current and past projects of Dr. Lehmann. If they are any indication then this project has something to do with machine learning, reinforcing Henk's point.tpetzke wrote:But any idea what they are planning to do?
Functional programming combines the flexibility and power of abstract mathematics with the intuitive clarity of abstract mathematics.

I already have a job unfortunately (or fortunately, I suppose)!
Disclosure: I work for DeepMind on the AlphaZero project, but everything I say here is personal opinion and does not reflect the views of DeepMind / Alphabet.
