My Dad did it again. They've banned laptop, just because they think one and a half hours is too much time to spend on hobbies. I hadn't been able to access talkchess, for the same reason. My engine isn't dead, just got for an hibernation. I'm tryna finish off C++ Primer Plus (C++11 has many interesting features for CC too) to learn C++11. I'm simultaneously reading The C++ Programming Language too. It's deeply satisfying that somebody cared enough for me to post a reply.

Maybe it is better to tell your parents that you are not busy with your hobby but with your (unpaid) future work. But perhaps they will tell you that you should stop instantly.
