ChessGUI 0.240a

Post by Matthias Gemuh »

ChessGUI 0.240a

- temporarily disabled some features till well tested.
- Threads/Cores must be defined under tab "Engines 1" of "GUI Preferences".
- for now if UCI option grayed out, define it in GUI only
- wise to re-config engnes, though unnecessary

Matthias.
My engine was quite strong till I added knowledge to it.

Yes, but I'm not sure I want to download if any of them are features that I use.

0.240a is meant to be better than 0.239, not worse :!:

I understand that, but I'd still be interested in knowing whether any of the features that have been disabled are ones that I'm currently using (and therefore giving a good testing).

Appreciate your efforts and not trying to be awkward. I doubt that anybody else has used ChessGUI as extensively as I have.

All the features you use are currently available.

GUI not portable for now.
