Thanks. I have added 3 million new positions to the book (some couples
of hours). The problem is: the number of total positions in the book
does not seem to have been affected, ie increased. Sad The size of the
book is increased only 0,1 GB (from 15,4 GB to 15,5 GB).

ht_uwx.ctg 16 694 456 320 bytes
ht_uwx.cto 113 938 432 bytes
