Sorry to disappoint you but this is a computer chess forum - if you want insight then watch the live feed or another forum. I simply would like an explanation as to why VA is not trying to win with white by throwing away his first move advantage.


This is a computer chess forum but it does not mean that the computer is always right when it evaluates a position as equal.

If the computer gives score that is close to 0.00 after the preperation of white then it does not mean that white threw his first move advantage.

Computers may be wrong in their evaluation and even if the position is equal then the opponent needs to find the right way for equality
and white may have good chances to get an advantage because black does not find the right way.
