I don't see the analysis of Houdini in this Championship?

Reverting to Houdini, it appears to have been conclusively demonstrated on open chess in the past days that it is perfectly legal to create a functionally equivalent version of a program (assuming non usage of same source code). Although remember that reverse-engineering is forbidden to create a competing product (but your "assuming non usage of same source code" yet covers this objection. Smile ).
