You can see that the FEN is strictly meant for omega chess not for the alien version we are discussing. Note that I used * to include unplayable land and there is a reason to it. If HG wanted to support this variant , then he only needs to support bigger boards. But the idea is to remove the need to go through this process next time you dig up a variant like this one Smile
