The issue is only with (uci and) ponder - which is new to scidvspc's tournament and only in subversion. (To test on windows this you'll have to check out subversion and use 'make-scidgui.bat' to make a new scid.gui). Sorry , but i hate booting up my windows box. Mad
My testing is on linux 32bit and 64bit... It's a new feature, so i wouldn't swear 101% by it.

'stop' is sent after a ponder miss, followed by the correct moves.
