I really doubt it. The two approaches are so different, and Crafty is built around doing everything for itself. Offering and accepting draws, setting the time limit, deciding when to use more than the target time. Deciding what to ponder. When to ponder. How to ponder. UCI just doesn't "turn me on" and with HGM working on xboard/winboard continuously, it certainly meets all of my requirements...
