Second question,
-How can we be 100 % sure that all games are played by same opening book?

For example,if i really want to cheat,i can register with a original opening book, which belongs to me...
But later during the tour,i can switch to other stronger opening book, which is made by other Book Author

Does the 'binary' provide a such clear 100% prove that all games are played by the same opening book, which is stated in the registration ?

I don't know for some top contenders but I really don't care what book my opponent will be using.
But this is true this is difficult to verify unless books will be submitted before tourney starts.
Well I update my book even when tourney is in progress Smile.

Actually,i really care a lot about what kind of book my opponent will be used

Depending on what kind of opening book, the chess engine have possibility to perform minus/plus 0-200 Elo points

In other words,up to 30-50 moves (30-40 % percentage of the total game) the main control of the engine is in the hands of the Book Author

For example, see the bellow results please, you can understand what i mean exactly

The difference is 93 Elo:

  56 Naum 4, NaumBook.bin            3078   22   22   673   58%  3015   38%

The difference is 114 Elo:
