Second question,
-How can we be 100 % sure that all games are played by same opening book?

For example,if i really want to cheat,i can register with a original opening book,which belongs to me...
But later during the tour,i can switch to other stronger opening book,which is made by other Book Author

Does the 'binary' provide a such clear 100% prove that all games are played by the same opening book,which is stated in the registration ?

Best Regards,
Sedat

I am not 100% sure that we can be 100% sure about this. Smile But I think it is a fairly straightforward process:

1) Get all the games in the PGN format played by the accused program;
2) If possible, get the saved log of the kibitzing lines logged by the accused program;
3) Get the engine binary sent as per request (that is supposed to be the original program);
4) Analyse every move that the accused program has chosen with the the ones played by the engine sent per request, trying to conform with the environment settings used by it as the time it was playing in the tournament (as declared in the registration form);
5) Match the analyses with the lines that were chosen by the accused engine, and also with the logged kibitizing lines.

I think it would be sufficient to determine if the binary sent per request is the same it was declared to be.
