Rather then let the Rybka Party Faithful(Moderators,friends,,Aunts and Uncles ..long term posters,,etcetc) speak for him.. you would think by now..certainly now that Playchess has taken up the issue..he would speak out and try to defend himself or dispute the ICGA decision
if not..IMHO his total silence on the forums speaks volumes
either he cant defend himself or he simply could care less
im guessing its probably both
i cant imagine any other programmer remaining silent for so long..
im sorry it's way past due that he himself speak out

The big question is, provided Vas will speak right now, would that be of any help? Or will he be teared down into pieces ?
Bottom line, will he receive a listening ear ?
There has been a 5-6 year anti-Rybka campaign especially here at this forum and that has left its traces in the minds of many. |
He has two very favorable platforms in which to speak up Ed
His own forum and now Playchess
you know as well as i do that you would have spoken up if you were accused in this way
sorry his silence is indefensible ..certainly now that the issue has gone viral on Playchess

I want to give a really big thanks to Ed Schroder, Soren Riis, Chris Whittington, Nelson Hernandez, Nick Carlin, Jeroen Noomen and Alan Sassler for their superb efforts in defending me against the accusations that I have broken ICGA tournament rules. Soren did a great job detailing the shenanigans pulled during the ICGA's investigation, from stacking the jury to premature public accusations to a comprehensive fabrication of evidence.
I also appreciate the tenacity of Chris Whittington and especially Ed Schroder in digging through the mountains of documents and answering them point by point.
Finally, I greatly appreciate the support that I have received from countless others. This support has been touching and uplifting and I really appreciate it. Thanks guys! 
In other news, I'm working on Rybka. Rybka 5 will be ready sometime this year and the remote Rybka renting will be launched sometime after that. We'll make announcements on our web site and in our forum when we have more information. It should be a fun year.
