Rather then let the Rybka Party Faithful(Moderators,friends,,Aunts and Uncles ..long term posters,,etcetc) speak for him.. you would think by now..certainly now that Playchess has taken up the issue..he would speak out and try to defend himself or dispute the ICGA decision
if not..IMHO his total silence on the forums speaks volumes
either he cant defend himself or he simply could care less

The above also is my take on this situation.

The ICGA gave Rajlich ample opportunity to present a defense, but none from him was forthcoming. Instead, the honest investigators are plagued by harpy-like, ad hominem attacks -- the most vociferous of which come from the least technically qualified.

Even at this very late date, I believe that if Rajlich were to admit to obvious and unauthorized copying, then he could get his lifetime ICGA ban lessened to a few years at most. But a continued stubbornness accompanied by a failure to disavow his cacophonous public defenders means that the ICGA ban will follow him to his grave.
