normally T-Online updates almost immediate after upload.
110mb may wait till 12 hours after upload.

Download from the direct links George has posted and tell us which version you get.
George is obviously seeing 0.168

ChessGUI 0.169 is out

- fixes a bug concerning loading of tournament setups
(bug was introduced in ChessGUI 0.168)
