Pigeon 1.37 released

This is mostly a bug-fix release:
- fixed a search bug that was causing poor play
- got the Linux build back in working order
- added sweet new logo (130x65)

Windows and Linux binaries are up on GitHub

If you are testing, please prefer the Windows build, because it's faster.

Pigeon is still not very strong, but it's trying hard.
