With 64-bit processors being the norm now I had thought it was about time I converted Colossus to bit-boards... so who knows!

He looks like Kaare Danielsen of LogiChess (WMCCC 1981, WMCCC 1983) and Enterprise (WCCC 1986), but since his programs were not playing in Glasgow, I guess he helped Ulf Rathsman or Peter-Ingolf Gericke and Klaus Heyne of Conchess operating?

Nope, Gericke and Heyne already out of business with Consumenta, in 1983 Conchess continued under the aegis of Johan Enroth's company Systemhuset.
