Flux Chess open sourced

Post by fluxroot »

After a long break from computer chess programming (uhm, 2007 wasn't it?!) I got interested in Flux again. Currently there's no new version... However I open sourced him, so everyone can take a peek at my coding errors. He's released under version 3 of the GPL and you can fork him at https://github.com/fluxroot/fluxchess. Also I gave him a new cozy home at http://fluxchess.com/.

Best regards,

I see a new version 2.2.1 .... but I think there's no real difference in gameplay, according to the readme

https://github.com/downloads/fluxroot/f ... -2.2.1.tgz

Thank you Graham for the kind words.

Tony, Flux 2.2.1 is really a recompile from GitHub. So it should play exactly the same way as version 2.2.
