any idea about when Shredder 13 will be released?

Does any one have infos from the author about when Shredder 13 will be released?
Can we expect a big elo increase?

I emailed Stefan about the upcoming Deep Shredder 13 and he sent me this message:

we have plans to release Shredder 13 somewhere in the middle of this year.
