Much faster than 32-bit exe (v2.3?) on 64-bit system.

I also made some adjustments to the default personality file which proved
very beneficial in testing in blitz.

1. Turned off razoring.
2. Adjustments to piece values.
3. Higher bonuses for 7th rank, occupying centre, castling early.
4. A few other changes - check 'personality.per' file.
