It's actually a much older version of Garbochess. It gives humans problems, but most engines would have little trouble with it I imagine.

It is interesting program. Most people should be able to beat it.gladius wrote:It's actually a much older version of Garbochess. It gives humans problems, but most engines would have little trouble with it I imagine.

I wonder which is the logic in the minds of Microsoft people to put an old program into a new one.
They directly looks for a nice, defeat able software?
My best

Dear Brother Fernando,
Remember the days of wine and cheese.....chemistry and calculus and mental agility? I could place my foot behind my head and my head between my legs. Such was the time of youth when we craved
for stronger chess opponents and more intense pleasures.
Now that we are aged blocks of cheese, we need a kinder, gentler and more forgiving chess opponent. We need eye candy more than
mind candy.

My dear Camembert:
Not only our brain stuff was somewhat faster, but those monster were lot more nice than now. I value more the draw against Fritz 10 at 40/ one hour I got a couple of weeks ago than all the games I won to champion chess challenger.
I cling to thaty consolations regards
