That is why it says in the post...

"This is source only"

and.....

"Gentlemen start your compilers"

Did you actually read the post?

Man, we would lose less time if the tittle of your post was, instead of "UCI engine", "source code for those that have compilers and know how to use it for perhaps getting a new engine".

How kind of you to offer. I knew I could rely on you.

Go here.....

http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads.php

Download the one with MinGW.

You will need this......

http://trolltech.com/products/qt

And the source.....

Thank goodness you are not a lazy f**ker hoping someone else will do everything for you. I like your style.

Much appreciated...thanks Fern

Hi Christopher,

Windows-cygwin build:
http://www.orbitfiles.com/download/id1849769629.html

Doesn't know the level time control. Plays ok with fixed time per move.

Nice find :)

Regards,
Jim.

Unfortunately I am one of those lazy bastards always waiting for a geek to make the hard work and then just get the exe. and play.

And I must confess that I'm one of those also!
In fact, I'd hazard a guess and say that we're in a healthy majority!

To be more specific, this is what you want unless you need Qt for closed source purposes. Took me ~1.5 GB of disk space to compile on Linux, but the installed package is less than 100 MB.
