If there is a future release it will not be through the fruitchess.com web site. Joachim is still in control of sales of Fruit 2.2 and Fruit 2.2.1. If a new Fruit is release it will not be commercial.

What is the reason for the decision not to do it commercial?

Playing strength is clearly enough to make it commercial even if it is not number 1 and if fabien does not like to deal with customers he can still give someone else to do the job.

On playchess now appears "Fruit 3..Beta", Anyone know if it's fake? .. The user is Nolan Denson. I really hope we gonna see a newer Fruit version someday as well.
