I've Got one before one week but I didn't find the time to install any chess programs on it let alone make any serious tests

Yeah, but not in the U.S. Here it's a dual core.Dr.Wael Deeb wrote:Now that is cheatingAdminX wrote:How do you know!? I may load it with Moron 3.0 ....royb wrote:More than enough to beat you (and just about anyone else on the planet) game after game. ;^)AdminX wrote:Hi,

Re: Samsung Galaxy S 3
what do you want to know? its elo rating? nobody knows for sure but it probably will be able to win a super grandmaster tournament with the best android engine available (stockfish or critter as far as i know).
pocket fritz 4 (hiarcs 13) managed to win a grandmaster tournament in 2009 on a HTC Touch HD without losing a single game. nowadays both engine and hardware can be considered obsolete.

Well when you get it, can you load Chess For Android and load with Critter and post some results in the following topic http://talkchess.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=43212
Pity that US is only dual core
In New Zealand the phone is the quad version and has been available for a while.
