Engin told me it's just a beta and that he'd rather that I tested Tornado 4.88 because he feels that 4.88 is stronger.
That's why I suggested to Martin that he checked with Engin before starting his latest TCEC.
Graham.

Could you ask the spark author for 1.1? It would be great to see what it can do!
Thank You

Let me know your deadline. Version 24.1 is pretty much done and a significant part of it is parallel search stuff...

Hello Graham,
I see that you have Sting SF 4.7 32 bit version on your list.
I've compiled a 64 bit version.
It performs significantly better than the 32 bit.
sting-sf-47-x64.exe --> SSE 4.2
sting-sf-47-x64-avx.exe --> best for Intel Haswell CPU's
You can find it here:

Cheers.

Hi Ricardo,rvc wrote:sting-sf-47-x64.exe --> SSE 4.2
Would it be possible to get a non-SSE 4.2 version (for Q6600 processor...) ?

I'll send you a newer (but still unreleased) version of Myrddin this week. Only slightly better, so still not competitive in this tournament.

Go ahead and try this:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/f8g5psqo3bhhl ... es.7z?dl=0
It contains all builds of Sting SF 4.7.
You can find details about each one on the readme.txt file.
Regards.
