Yes - it does work fine with Arena 2.0.1
I can't see major differences in Scid and Arena commands. One thing i do see is Scid's I/O is not as synchronous as Arenas, and it will probably cause problems with some engines. (eg I send a second "go" before "bestmove" from the pondermiss line is processed)

So the problem is - how do i make the I/O more responsive ?
